the pier walk area is a great spot, within walking distance to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a difference. plus, there are lovely seaside views worth enjoying.

The Deluxe Double Room was quite comfortable for our stay. the lack of dining options was disappointing. We later discovered a charming café nearby that made our trip memorable. For future guests, I recommend checking local eateries for great meals.

Oh mate, the nearby eats were a real treat! Buddy's Takeaway dished out some cracking chips, and the Promenade Restaurant had a banger of a breakfast! Plus, there was a cheeky plug-in heater in the room to chase away the chill.

But the room was a cold comfort zone—definitely not what was advertised. We were promised a deluxe experience but ended up with a frosty welcome. And the bar? Locked tighter than a drum!

The stay was quite nice, especially enjoying the cozy lounge area and using the relaxing spa facilities. There were lots of opportunities to unwind, like by the peaceful garden and the serene pool area. Just a minor hiccup was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

amazing proximity to the beach and winter gardens attractions

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how welcome I felt from the family that runs the place, and the easy stroll to Winter Gardens made my evening walks a delight. it’s perfect for exploring yet relaxing at the same time.

The check-in experience was frustrating when we arrived at what was supposed to be check-in time only to find the hotel's doors boarded up. Reaching the owner by phone was a hassle, and the lack of basic facilities like a working WiFi and accessible luggage storage made for a particularly irritating stay. The bar, which looked newly decorated, felt pointless since it rarely opened, and the dark, dingy dining room didn’t match the bright, clean images advertised. the noisy fan in the bathroom and the rushed paint job made me wish for better attention to detail.

It was just an excellent fit for a quick layover in Blackpool with exceptional value. The staff were friendly and helped with my late check-in. Be prepared for a bit of noise from nearby rooms.
